Refund Policy

1. General Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Josih Agencies may issue refunds to clients for mobile game development services, including prototyping, design, development, testing, publishing, and support.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Significant delays caused by Josih Agencies exceeding 20% of the agreed project timeline.
  • Critical technical defects or issues that remain unresolved within 14 days after notification.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The client made unauthorized modifications to the source code or design.
  • The project was paused by the client for more than 30 days.
  • The service was completed and accepted by the client without any objections.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please:

  • Send a written refund request via email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request”
  • Include a detailed description of the issue or reason for your request.

We will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of our decision. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days.
